Victim Services Toronto (VST) provides trauma-informed support and advocacy in the moment for any person in Toronto who has experienced a crime or sudden tragedy. It also works to prevent violence through community engagement. Its vision is to create a thriving community where people are safe, supported, and empowered.

Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, VST is the only agency providing immediate on-scene support to victims of crime and sudden tragedy. Last year, VST helped more than 17,000 victims with 75% of its work focused on gender-based violence. This includes intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

With the support of The Krawczyk Family Foundation’s $300,000 gift, VST is helping thousands of survivors as they move forward with their lives, free from violence and abuse.
