The Musical Stage Company is Canada’s largest not-for-profit, professional theatre company dedicated to the development of new musical theatre. Its mandate is to develop and produce thought-provoking musical theatre with contemporary relevance and to build and enrich communities through musical storytelling.

It specializes in incubating new Canadian musicals from development to production, investing in Canadian musical theatre writers and building national and international partnerships. To date, its work has been recognized with 110 Dora Award nominations, 21 Dora Awards and 19 Toronto Theatre Critics’ Awards.

The Krawczyk Family Foundation is excited to support The Musical Stage Company’s education programs, which offer musical theatre training that boosts self-confidence and self-expression for over 500 people each year without cost to the participants.
